In 2016, I lost my love to sudden death. Writing was a way for me to process my loss and to find a way to continue on my journey without him. If you think that writing about your own loss might help you, you can join my online writing group for people who have experienced bereavement.  

Each week, I'll send you an email with some writing prompts and tips to get you started and you can share your writing with a sympathetic bunch of people who really get where you're coming from. Writing is therapeutic and can also be a way to remember loved ones, as well as providing a stimulating hobby to fill some of those lonely days and nights.
